Microsoft Excel Brings New Feature – Now You Can Import Data By Taking A Picture

Remember having a sheet in front then reading and feeding content from the sheet to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet? Well, things are going to get easier for you, as Microsoft has come up with one of the most productive features in its spreadsheet product. Instead of typing content from the print out, now you can import all of the written content to a spreadsheet through a picture. The clicked picture would be converted into an editable content, and you can then make changes to it when required. The feature is available to the Microsoft 365; the iOS version would be rolled out later.

Manually entering the data from a printed sheet to a spreadsheet is tiring, and feels like the most worthless thing to do. With this feature, the boring work would get a break, and people would utilize that spare time in doing something productive. Microsoft says, "When it first imports your data, it will give you a chance to correct any issues it discovered during the conversion process. Tap Ignore to move on to the next issue, or Edit to correct the issue."

There are times when you get a large table, and that takes all your day to manually enter the details. With the Insert Data From Picture feature it can be done in a couple of minutes, and if some error comes while converting it you can change it right away. The feature is available on the Android appof Microsoft Excel, and will be available for rest of the platforms very soon. The companies would not need the data entry people for the work, and instead they would keep an employee who can just take pictures and import the data into a spreadsheet.
