Safari is efficient for a lot of your browsing and streaming work, but if you prefer a different browser you can change the default on your MacBook Pro. It is a useful option and allows you to keep several browsers ready for use.
1. Open ‘System Preferences’
Click on the 'Apple' logo. A drop-down list will appear with 'System Preferences' as one of the listed options. Click on it. The Systems Preferences dialog box will open.
You can also do a Spotlight search for System Preferences by pressing the Option and Space key together. Type System in the Spotlight search bar and you will see the System Preferences option appear towards the top of the list.
