You can easily view a business’s products or services in their catalog. If the business has created a catalog, it will be displayed on their business profile.
View a business's catalog
1. Open the chat with the business.
2. Tap the business name to view their WhatsApp Business profile.
# Android: Tap View business info. Then, tap SEE ALL next to Catalog.
# iPhone: Tap Business Info. Then, tap SEE ALL next to CATALOG.
You can also view a business’s catalog and share the entire catalog or specific item with your friends and family by selecting either of the options:
# Send link via WhatsApp: to share the selected item/catalog link with others over WhatsApp
# Copy link: copies the link
# Share link: to share the selected item/catalog over email or other messaging apps
